and this took me by surpraise,
and how unfair were the eyes,
when they laid thy sight into each others,
and unfair became then the fate.
As I stepped backward
I realized what I couldn't ignored
and what has frightened me, even more.
I compelled myself
to stay in the shadows
there for you, and you only
waiting to be found again
now that I am aware
that the beauty was not what divided
but the fear, the prejudice and the pride.
